How long should I wait for my order to be shipped out?You just have to wait 2-3 days and we will send you the shipping confirmation via email and WhatsApp!

Is the Legacy Cap have serial numbers?Yes, our Limited Edition Legacy Cap are all authentic and have a unique serial number which you can directly check via scanning the bar code sticked on the top brim of the cap.

Am I allow to edit my unique serial page on the site?Of course, one of the main reason of the serial numbers is to prove ownership of the cap. You can send us the picture of you wearing the cap, your address (just incase you lose the cap, so it's easy for you to get recognized), phone number and any other detail that you want to upload on your unique serial site.

What else is the special purpose of serial numbers on the cap?As what we explained, the serial numbers are all unique, we are also looking forward to do more give-away and contest in the near future like Spin of Wheel raffle draw, and all serial number holders are qualified to join.

Will the serial be converted to NFT?We aim to convert the serial numbers to NFT (Non-fungible tokens) in the near future and build up a market place for trading those exclusively at KENTASH STREETWEAR.
